Praise

That thing you did? Goodness me that was great.

It's a lovely thing to give and receive praise. To do this in front of colleagues is like throwing a joy grenade.

With the Praise, you can send thank yous, shoutouts and big praise to your teammates on the General Channel for everyone to see. Type Praise, add one or more teammates, and Praise tells the whole team about it, with an added gif on the theme of praising.

As Mark Twain tells us:

"I can live for two months on a good compliment."

How it works

• Add Praise to your workspace
• Type /praise and press Enter
• Choose one or many team mates
• Write some lovely things about them
• Choose whether to have some extra random praise thrown in
• A praise gif is added
• The love is shared!

Check your stats

Praise also lets you check who's been receiving all the praise love.

• Type /praise -stats and press Enter
• Praise will quietly give the stats requestor a list of praises for the week
• Alternatively, type /praise -stats month to get a monthly rundown
